My little moonbeam always wants to play. He'll come and just sit that rope right in my lap, like HI MOM.

I can't get over these flower details on papelook. Just sharing our cute instants from Austin.

Just a tattoo appreciation post. We got these in Austin. Of course mine is Radiohead lyrics. Tori got the 7 little x's from Scott Pilgrim.

Moonbeam staring out the window in Austin waiting for his other mama to come back with coffee and puppacino's!

My best friend stopped into town on his way home from his internship in Sante Fe back to KC. We went and ate pho and then to see Blue Jasmine. It was mediocre but Cate Blanchette was phenomenal. I didn't think she could impress me more than she already had, but I was wrong. She's great.

Some flowers my coworkers got me for my birthday.

I'm always showing up late with Starbucks, but at least I'm wearing a cute pinafore.

Taking up all the seats on the bus on my birthday.

When I was a babe, always pimpin.

Some breakfast I made my Tor before work one morning.

Cheating on Starbucks, but how can you say no to crushed ice and cute daisy cups?

Some new glasses I purchased.

Man oh man it has been a while since I posted my instagram pictures. I have made quite a few videos, but they don't post so nicely, so I've left them out. Feel free to follow my instagram @francesscacope.

Things were getting pretty routine and nice, and my birthday threw everything off. I fell off my nice diet and exercise routine pretty hard.

Austin was great. It was so nice having the boys with us, and taking them all around town. We went kayaking, and ate at a bunch of good restaurants, got tattoos, the whole bit. Soon we'll live there, and the hopefully goodbye to Texas for forever.

Things just keep getting better and better and looking up. Tori is making great, huge steps at school. I'm getting my basics finished up, and might be headed for a promotion at work. The house is getting homey-er every weekend. We have a great group of people in our lives, and I just feel so content lately, just simply happy.

I hope things stay this way.

Tori and I are coming up on our three year anniversary. I won't write here what I am thinking about getting her as she might see it, but I've had the idea for months and months.

I know I haven't done a proper post in a while, but soon I will.

Until then.

xx

weekendings.

Yesterday we went to Trader's Village. We bought a bunch of shit we didn't need. Like these sunglasses. I got colored contacts, a necklace with Tori's name written on a grain of rice. We got new cell phone covers and lots of really great, inexpensive produce.

Before Trader's, Tori and I were gluttons and got La Madeline to go because we didn't want to get dressed. We got coffee and brought the dogs and fed them puppacino's. It was nice.

Saturday night my friends wanted us to go out. Tori was beat, so I took this picture of her. All Saturday we got dressed up and went to down town Ft. Worth and walked around to silly shops, at lunch at this delicious restaurant, and I took some pictures of her in this bridge.

I got these bad ass sunglasses where people can see themselves in a fish-eye sort of way. So, naturally, I took this being the reflection-ass-bitch that I am.

Last weekend we all went out. We went to Grapevine bar where we snapped these. The crowed was bleak, so we ventured to good ol' Beauty Bar where the bartender got me way too drunk and kissed my hand goodbye.

Before we left, Tori and I captured how thug our life really is.

Nothing beat ice-cold coffee.

It's been a bit since I have updated this blog.

I have actually been having a bit of a life.

Tori got a job at Starbucks, and absolutely loves it. Which is great. Plus, Starbucks, omg.
We have been doing a lot of fun things. Crafts, being social, and recently started a new life.

By that I mean this great app called C25K.

We have finished day 2 of week 1, and I feel fucking fantastic. I feel like all of this talk about changing our life is finally happening.

I mean we even went and bought running gear. Can you get more serious?

I have some pictures on my memory card to edit, but it's at home.

My phone is currently experiencing some white screen of death, which is unfortunate.

Until next time.

l o f t m u s i c

maybe.
Our backyard is growing plants like crazy. We discovered a pear tree on Saturday morning.

I'm always commuting.
I was early to one of my stops, so I walked to my train. This is one of my favorite little spots in downtown. It's this huge peach building, and these tall green trees are line up perfectly in front of it.

I accidentally missed my stop because I was playing Candy Crush, sorry. The next stop was so lush, though.

A little picture I took of my grandma's refrigerator. I love this kitchen. I grew up here. The wallpaper. My grandma hung that herself in the 70's. The only pictures on her fridge are of me. (besides her little pup, RIP)

I just can't stop listening to The Weeknd. I want to do some covers of a few songs.

This weekend was strange. It was relaxed, but I didn't get much sleep and there was a lot on my mind and a lot that was discussed. I'm still in this strange limbo, and I didn't get anything creative done this weekend.

Well, that's not entirely true. I did bake for two hours on Saturday. My roommates birthday is on Tuesday, so we decided to do some early celebrating.

Stolen from my roommates' instagram.
This was the biggest cake I ever made. It was five layers and I colored them to a pink ombre. So, it was kind of successful. She loved it, and it's mighty tasty.

I spent the rest of the weekend cleaning and watching Grey's Anatomy. Like, I really have a problem.

Until next time.

An update and a promise.

It's been so long since I have made an actual post.

A lot has been going on in my life, and in my head. So much, actually. I will get back on regular photos as soon as possible as well as weekly instagram updates. I now have the iphone 4 and all of the kitschy apps.

I am starting a new project with my girlfriend here soon called Hollow Closet, which you should follow for fabulous updates. I have been sewing a lot, and starting other personal projects as well as watching too much Grey's Anatomy.

I can't stop listening to The Weeknd, Beacon, and one song by Neptune called Lemonade.

Here has been life for the last few months.

I will see you soon. I promise!
